Gunowners should go reclaim their property from SAPS. BGOASA comments that it has become plain for all to see:

Our Ministers have chosen to hide under the blanket of Directors Bothma and Setati, using them as their means of disarming the Law-abiding Legal Gun Owners; behind the lie of Crime-prevention.

Yet these very Ministers, who we elected, have completely refused for years to discuss the serious issues surrounding the 'disarmament of the people'.

Since when did Police members, -drawn from ordinary working-class people-, work for free as a tool for the politicians, when their real task has always been to serve the people, this is after all solely what 'we the people' pay the police for with our taxes.

The BGOASA is of the firm opinion that over the last four years, South African Gun Owners have not -as SAPS have falsely claimed-, 'Voluntarily' handed in their Firearms at all. Gun Owners have in our view been cajoled, threatened, intimidated and esentially forced to hand in their property owing to this entirely undemocratic and plainly unconstitutional Firearm Confiscation Act, therefore they should go and demand back their rightful property, namely their own Guns.

In Common Cause, Justice and Freedom.
